Itachi Jutsu
Jutsu, or skills/techniques, are the mystical arts a ninja will utilize in battle. To use a jutsu, the ninja will need to use his chakra. Chakra comes from two places: (1) the body energy inherent in your trillions of cells and (2) the mental & spiritual energy gained from exercise and experience.
To perform a jutsu, the ninja will bring out and release these two energies. By forming handseals, the ninja is able manifest the desired jutsu. Because of the extensive number of hand seals and different combinations, there are thousands of potential jutsu to be discovered.
Taijutsu
Itachi possesses high-level taijutsu skills despite not specializing in it. He is also noted to possess good reflexes and speed, particularly with his hand movements. This extends to collectively weaving both hand seals and throwing weapons, making it appear as if he could perform his techniques without seals; even skilled Sharingan users have difficulty seeing his movements. He is also proficient with the Body Flicker Technique and is able to attack a target, then immediately move to the location they had retreated to, giving them no time to initiate a counter-attack.
Ninjutsu
Itachi is a master of the Sharingan, and has great prowess with all of the three main types of techniques. Itachi's signature moves are techniques that involve the usage of crows, able to summon a large flock of them and use them in both in ninjutsu and genjutsu. This is seen primarily with his creations of clones which dissolve into crows, and crows that hide as shuriken.
Traditional to the Uchiha clan, Itachi can use Fire Release techniques, including the clan's giant fireballs the intensity of which is enough to bother even Samehada. He can infuse shuriken with fire for a devastating two-fold attack. He is also proficient with Water Release, able to perform them without an already existing water source. Itachi can catch his opponents off guard with drilling masses of pressurized water and large water dragons.
Shurikenjutsu
Even in his youth, Itachi could perfectly hit an intricate set of nine targets, one of which was hidden in a blind-spot, by accurately deflecting one kunai off another to ensure they struck mark. During his fight with the controlled Nagato, he was able to blind Nagato's summons despite the shared field of vision granted by the Rinnegan. Itachi was also very skilled with shuriken, with Sasuke stating that Itachi was best with such tools, even more so than their own father.
Genjutsu
Itachi is noted to be the true successor of the Sharingan, which he had developed and mastered by the age of eight. He has reached the stage where he can have his Sharingan activated for extended periods of time with minimal drain on his chakra levels.
